The theme of the event ‘Bee the Change’ in which international achievers par excellence sought to inspire audiences with real action.
Lt. Cdr Abhilash Tomy, the first Indian to circumnavigate the globe solo and unassisted was greeted previously by the President of India at Gateway of India. He alongwith his young fans sailed for the cause of environment protection and made an entry at the event. Mark Inglis, the double amputee to have scaled Mount Everest cycled for children and spoke on overcoming difficulties. Sarah Wilson, an avalanche survivor taught young women how to overcome their fears by a riveting abseiling activity.
The event was attended by over 300 people including 50 children from NGO who participated in the demonstration, including corporate head honchos and media
