India Wine Awards

India’s first major wine awards were aimed to bring focus on India’s burgeoning young wine industry and celebrate its achievements.
The elaborate 200 + guest list included winemakers, professionals, producers, importers, wine critics and wine and food lovers. This platform created an environment to recognize, reward and celebrate the best of Indian and International wines available in India.
Sofitel played the hospitality partner and the event was preceded by two days of blind tasting of wines by key wine tasters and critics. Wines were adjudged by a panel of experts and the producers were awarded basis various categories.
