APAC Meet

APREC was held for the very first time in Mumbai, India with over 150 delegations from across the world. The guests were welcomed with a traditional welcome hamper followed by a heritage tour of South Mumbai’s famous monuments and landmarks. The rooftop at Trident Hotel was the venue for the lavish welcome dinner.
The sprawling Regal Room served as the main banquet venue for the conference. The day-long conference schedule included panel discussions, expert talks, presentations and one-on-one table-networking sessions.
The concluding farewell evening at Amadeus bore a traditional Indian village theme bedecked with colourful tents and takhats. The guests were welcomed with flower garlands, tika and a kachchhi ghodi dance performance. Various Indian artistes- mehendi walli, parrot reader, potter, palm reader and safa walas also entertained the guests. The night concluded with the guests tapping on Bollywood tracks and letting their hair-down.
